Planter Inspections

$560 (In-shop)
$760 (On-farm w/in 50 miles. Additional fees may apply outside of 50 miles)

Inspection fee will be credited towards final service invoice if service is completed within program dates.

Planter inspections include:

  • Inspect disc openers and seed tubes
  • Inspect closing wheels and bearings
  • Inspect parallel arm bushings
  • Check gauge wheel bearings
  • Check frame & tower pads
  • Inspect wiring, chains, and drive
  • Check fertilizer system
  • Check monitor and sensor operation and all safety points
  • Check lights, safety chains, and SMV

Meters Inspections ($20/meter)

  • This service must be done at our facility and we require the customer bring in their own seed for most accurate calibration

Auger Carts

$350 (Wheeled)
$490 (Tracks)

Inspections include checking:

  • Drive system
  • PTO shafts, u-joints, and belts
  • Auger wear
  • Gear boxes
  • Oil levels
  • Stress cracks
  • All functions
  • Hydraulic hoses
  • Check lights, safety chains, and SMV

(Wheel Models Only)

  • Tire pressure
  • Wheel bearings
  • Torque wheel nuts

(Tracks Models Only)

  • Track wear
  • Track alignment
  • Track tension
  • Fluid levels

Wagons: $280

Inspection includes checking:

  • Wheel bearings
  • Tire pressure
  • Brakes
  • Cracks in frame and box
  • Wiring harness
  • Check lights, safety chains, and SMV

 

Balers: $550 (Kubota only)

Inspection includes checking:

  • Bearings
  • Belts & chains
  • Drives
  • Pickup
  • Rollers
  • Net wrap system
  • Machine operation
