Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to manage and maintain our equipment inventory both online and on the lot. This position plays a key role in keeping our digital listings accurate, professional, and up to date—helping our sales and marketing teams move equipment quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update online inventory across the McCullough Kubota website and other platforms
- Upload photos, descriptions, and specifications for new and used equipment listings
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure used equipment is listed promptly and accurately
- Remove sold equipment from online listings and maintain up-to-date records
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks at all dealership locations
- Travel as needed to photograph equipment and verify inventory accuracy across locations
- Work closely with store managers and the marketing team to support equipment promotions and sales efforts
- Maintain organized records and assist with equipment flow between stores
Qualifications:
- Strong computer and data entry skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage details and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across departments
- Knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment a strong plus
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between locations as needed
Position Type: Hourly, Full-Time
